Rodarte accepts returns on full-priced items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that evening wear and custom orders are subject to specific terms and may be final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring the return authorization form is included inside.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, removing any previous delivery labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; once our atelier receives and inspects the item, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
